I have been living in Devon for over 30 years, working in a range of areas including teaching and horticulture. During this time my growing spiritual curiosity, and a passion for connecting deeply with people, led me to the question:
‘in this busy world, what allows us to slow down enough to reclaim our basic sanity and live in an open-hearted way with ourselves, others, and the things that happen in our lives?’
Training as a psychotherapist at the Karuna Institute was a natural step for me. The past 5 years have been an extraordinary journey of personal, spiritual and academic growth.
I have found the answer to my question.

I have completed a Masters degree training programme at the world renowned Karuna Institute.
I am a member of the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists (ACPP).
I belong to the humanistic and integrative college of UKCP where I am registered as a accredited psychotherapist. I abide by the UKCP code of professional conduct and ethical principles.
